Q. What is an e-Ticket?
A. An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
Q. How will I get my e-Ticket details?
A. Your e-Ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.
Q. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
A. You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.
Q. Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
A. It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number.

A. As soon as you decide to book any of the Select Vacations tours, you will have to fill up the booking form with the complete information.Full names of passengers along with the ages of the children, type of room required, check in and check out dates along with complete flight details. You are also required to sign the dully filled form.

Q. How could i get my refunds?
A. Refunds will be made only in India and in INR as per RBI regulations. The refunds will be paid out after we receive the credit advice from our overseas associates, and can at times take up to 60 days from the date of receiving a written request along with all material documents of action from our end.
Q. Are the Hotel prices consistent throughout the year?
A. Hotel prices are contracted six months to a year in advance and hotels when having low occupancy are within their rights to lower rates or offer special promotions. We have no control over this and cannot be held responsible for their acts nor can it constitute cause for refund or any action against us.
