• Cost of excursions, sightseeing tours, insurance, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than what is mentioned in the package inclusions
• Any increase in the airfare, fuel surcharge taxes charged by the airlines on the air ticket before the issuance of flight tickets, taxes shall be charged extra irrespective of the booking date
• Tips, porterage, entry tickets to sites, photography and video making fees at site, laundry and phone calls
• Cost of Extension/ Deviation of air ticket as per actual at the time of ticketing
• Hotel and Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The itinerary shared is tentative and is subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• Anything not mentioned in the price inclusions column such as currency fluctuation
• Surcharges might be applicable in case the dates fall under any Event in Fiji

• Payments for land component (towards hotel, transfers and sightseeing in foreign country) will be taken as per Rate of exchange (ROE) on the day of making full and final payments
  
• For Customized Packages mentioned ALC Travels is not holding any confirmed hotel reservations for your travel as mentioned on the website. Hotels and prices are subject to availability at the time of booking
  
• Weekend or other surcharges are not part of the package cost same would be advise at the time of confirmation of travel dates
  
• Travels does not accept any responsibility for third party services or service providers like hotels, transport. In event of failure to provide the promised travel arrangement we will compensate you up to the limit of the cost of such arrangements.
  
• ALC Travels shall not be held responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time before, during or after the holiday.
  
• ALC Travels reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer/package any time at its discretion without any prior notice
